This form is for those who want to SURRENDER their rats to the Rockstar Rats Retreat

Please read before you fill out the form:

If you would like to surrender your rats, please fill out the form below and click "Submit" when you are finished.
All fields must be filled out.
Please be HONEST in your answers, it makes things a lot easier for us and your rats.
We don't always have room at the Rockstar Retreat, so please be prepared if we are unable to take your rats in.
If we are unable to take your rats in, we will still try to work with you in adopting them out.
